Reuterplatz district management
The BSG Brandenburgische Stadterneuerungsgesellschaft was instructed in February 2003 by the Senate Department of Urban Development and the District Office, Neukölln to carry out Reuterplatz district management.
The district management area of Reuterkiez is one of 35 Berlin districts with “special development needs”. The population of this city district between Maybachufer, Weichselstrasse, Sonnenallee and Kottbusser Damm is about 18,000.
Living together means: living, working, shopping, leisure and relaxation, learning and motivation, short routes and mobility in the Kiez.
How can I get involved in the district management?
Residents, project leaders, commercial enterprises and homeowners should join together to make the Kiez a better and pleasant district to live and work in. The experiences, expertise and suggestions of all local protagonists, and their initiatives, play a valuable and vital role in achieving this. Everyone – whatever their interest and free time – will have the opportunity to get involved: as a member of the action fund’s advisory committee, as a member of the editorial group for “reuter” (the local newspaper), or as part of a citizen’s initiative or member of the District Committee and its working groups.
You will find an action strategy, forms and logos in the download section (only available in german).
